Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada & UK: 7-14 business days
- Australia & Europe: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-30 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. ProFit Performance is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at profitperformanceco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
